Shipping
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free EU shipping on orders over €70, free US shipping on orders over $90. International shipping on orders over €100.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Countries that require these fees include Brazil, Mexico, Slovenia, Peru, South Africa, Indonesia and the UAE. We are not responsible for these additional charges. If you refuse to pay these fees or the shipment is declined due to unpaid customs, your order cannot be refunded.
We aim to start processing all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. However, please allow 1–3 days for your order to be fully prepared and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated.
