All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free EU & International shipping on orders over €60, free US shipping on orders over $100. No code needed — it will be applied automatically at checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Countries that require these fees include Brazil, Mexico, Slovenia, Peru, South Africa, Indonesia and the UAE. We are not responsible for these additional charges. If you refuse to pay these fees or the shipment is declined due to unpaid customs, your order cannot be refunded.

Order cancellations or adjustments are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period any changes are no longer possible. We aim to start processing all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. However, please allow 2–4 days for your order to be fully prepared and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated.
