Welcome to Footlv. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Footlv, which operates this store (the "Services"). We run on Shopify, and payments are processed by Stripe.

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Access and account

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, and any information you provide must be correct. We do not operate accounts or passwords.

At checkout, Stripe may offer to save your details with Link — anything saved there is held by Stripe under its own terms.

Products

We aim for products to match our photos, including color. Minor differences in how colors display on your screen may occur.

Descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we confirm it and payment is processed. You may cancel within 24 hours by emailing info@footlv.store. After that, or once shipped, we may be unable to cancel.

Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use, not resale.

Prices, billing and payment

The price charged is the price shown in your confirmation. Posted prices include applicable duties and fees for most regions, including the EU. Some destinations (e.g. UAE, Singapore) may apply extra local taxes or duties on delivery, which are your responsibility. US sales tax is shown at checkout where required. Shipping is free.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiry, or CVC — Stripe handles these; we receive only limited details such as amount, currency, and status. Charges may appear as Footlv. Stripe may show prices in your local currency at its exchange rate.

Our role and Stripe

Footlv is the seller and merchant of record, responsible for products, fulfilment, delivery, and quality. Stripe is only our payment processor under its own terms (stripe.com/legal, stripe.com/privacy).

Any dispute about the products — including delivery, returns, or refunds — is between you and Footlv. Contact info@footlv.store, not Stripe.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as orders are carried by third-party carriers. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If a package is lost in transit, we will resolve it with you under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Services and all content — logo, photos, text, graphics, and their arrangement — are owned by Footlv or its licensors.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only, and must not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without our written consent.

Third-party tools and links

The Services may link to third-party tools and sites, provided "as is" without warranties or endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use is at your own risk.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and may also be subject to Shopify's and Stripe's policies.

Your information may be processed by them, including in countries other than where you live.

Feedback and reviews

If you submit a review or suggestion, you are responsible for its content and grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, modify, or remove it.

We may display or remove it at our discretion and are not obligated to keep it confidential or pay for it.

Errors

The Services may occasionally contain errors relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We may correct these and change, update, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not break any law; infringe intellectual property; harass others; transmit false information; send spam; impersonate anyone; upload malicious code; scrape or use bots (including agentic AI); or bypass our security.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any violation.

Agents

If you deploy an Agent (software taking autonomous action on your behalf) to access the Services, it must identify itself in all requests using "Agent/[agent name]", not conceal that it is an Agent, answer truthfully when asked whether it is automated, and not circumvent access controls.

We may limit Agent access.

Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access at any time, without notice, and you remain liable for amounts due.

Provisions that by nature should survive — Intellectual property, Feedback, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and General — continue to apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these disclaimers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Footlv, its affiliates and service providers, and those of Shopify and Stripe, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, or any lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services or products. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Footlv, Shopify, Stripe, and our affiliates and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Services.

General

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

These Terms, with our posted policies, are the entire agreement between us. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign freely. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Footlv is headquartered.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
