Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we accept returns within 30 days for customers in the United States and 14 days for customers in Europe and other eligible countries, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Return Period

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. For customers located in the United States, we offer an extended 30-day return period.

Return Conditions

All items must be in their original condition, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can only return your order for a refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations aren’t possible after an order is placed.

Shipping Address

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered by the customer and the order is delivered to that address, we cannot provide any refunds or accept returns for the items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@footlv.store within the return period. We may request photos as proof of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund according to your preference.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. For any questions, please contact us at info@footlv.store. Our support team typically responds within 24–48 hours during business days.
