Returns & Refunds

RETURN PERIOD: We have a 14-day return policy worldwide. The return period starts from the day you receive your package.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Items must be in their original condition and with original tags. Customized items, including those with added names, numbers, or patches, cannot be returned or exchanged. Only non-customized items are eligible for return or exchange.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
Refund to Original Payment Method: It usually takes 7–10 business days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are free worldwide within 14 days of receiving your package, including shipping.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as we begin preparing them for shipment the next day. However, if you need to modify your order (for example, change the size, address, or other details), please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist. 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to return the item(s), we will immediately get to work on this. It usually takes 24 hours for your return request to be approved.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification once the refund has been made.
